Definición Observation

This technique observes people’s behavior with regards to a certain issue without asking them direct questions. The primary disadvantage of direct observation is that participants behave differently under certain circumstances. Observations can also be carried out indirectly – for instance, looking at a supermarket, it is possible to derive the most visited aisles from gauging floor wear and tear.
