Over-the-air antenna usage to watch TV in the U.S. 2020-2023
From 2020 to 2023, the share of adults in the United States watching television via an over-the-air (OTA) antenna fluctuated, but generally increased slightly to 33 percent. During the same period of time, the share of adults using an OTA antenna without a multichannel video programming distributor (MVPD) decreased from 11 percent to 10 percent.
