Prime office yields in Germany 2023, by city
The prime office yields varied slightly among five of Germany's largest cities in the third quarter of 2023. Overall, Germany's prime office property has lower than the average yields for Europe. Of the five cities included, Munich in the south of Germany had the lowest prime office yields.
