The statistic displayed above shows the distribution of music listening time in Belgium in 2017, by type. In 2017, Belgians on average spent 17.2 hours per week or 2.5 hours per day listening to music. Approximately half of the time was spent listening to broadcast radio. Music consumption was highest among the 55 to 64 years olds, who on average listened to music for over 20 hours a week.
