This statistic displays the bakery market share in Flanders (Belgium) in 2017, by bakery product. Of the total expenditure on grey bread, 50 percent was done in bakeries. Bakeries also held a high market share regarding expenditure on white bread (43 percent of the total expenditure) and multigrain bread (41 percent of the total expenditure). On the other hand, only 11 percent of the expenditure on sandwiches was done in bakeries.
