According to data on the digital radio consumption in the United Kingdom (UK) from the first quarter of 2009 to the third quarter of 2023, the quarterly digital radio listening time has increased over the years. In the first quarter of 2009, 206 million hours were spent listening to digital radio while the third quarter of 2023 reached a peak at 714 million hours listened.
