Success of personalization among businesses worldwide 2021
During a 2021 survey carried out worldwide among representatives of businesses from the C-suite, marketing, merchandising, CX, product, and IT, 23 percent of respondents described their organization's personalization success stories as "inspiring" and another 35 percent as "quantitative." The remaining 42 percent called them either "anecdotal" or simply "non-existent."
