According to a survey conducted in Turkey in September 2021, nearly 80 percent of the Turkish people agreed to the statement that it would be good for the economy if Turkey generated the majority of its energy from renewable sources. Only five percent of the survey participants thought that renewable energy would not benefit the Turkish economy.
