Racial diversity in the workforce of Bank of America in the U. S. 2019-2023
Between 2019 and 2023, the share of employees at the Bank of America who identified as white decreased slightly but gradually, while the share of Hispanic, Asian, and Black racial groups increased. In 2023, the share of white employees in the total workforce was 49.3 percent. The second highest represented racial group in the observed period was Hispanic, whose share increased from 17.9 to 18.9 percent.
