In Egypt, the user base of mobile wallet MyFawry is believed to nearly triple between 2020 and 2025, outpacing mobile money options from Vodafone and Orange. The MyFawry wallet is affiliated with Egyptian digital payment network Fawry, which is said to be responsible for around six out of 10 online shopping transactions within the country.
