Prime net yield of care homes in selected European countries Q2 2021-Q2 2022
Among the main European markets for care homes, Sweden had the lowest property yield in the second quarter of 2022. Property yield refers to the ratio of property rent to the property value. During the same period, the property yield of care homes in Portugal was 5.25 percent, which was the highest of all markets surveyed.
