Number of new cancer diagnoses in Russia 2021, by type
Breast cancer was the most common type of cancer in Russia, at approximately 69 thousand new cases in 2021. Furthermore, more than 68 thousand malignant skin tumors, excluding melanomas, were diagnosed in the country in that year.
