Dutch economists expect both horeca (hotels, restaurants and bars) as well as construction to be the hardest hit industries of the coronavirus pandemic outbreak in 2020. Both industries are believed to see their value added decrease by four percent compared to 2019, whereas the "agriculture, forestry and aquaculture" sector will see a decline of three percent. In 2021, however, an explosive growth is forecast. The source mentions, though, that this growth will not immediately recovery all the damage done.
