According to a poll conducted in South Korea in 2022, around 26.4 percent of the respondents answered that they trusted the competency of primary and secondary teachers. More than half replied neutrally and around 20 percent expressed distrust in the teachers. Compared to the previous year, levels of trust with primary and secondary teachers in South Korea saw a slight increase.
