Quarterly CET1 ratio of the 15 biggest banks in the U.S. 2013-2022
The common equity tier 1 capital ratio of the 15 largest banks operating in the United States fluctuated increased for most banks in Q3 2022. In the third quarter of 2022, the Canadian Toronto-Dominion (TD) Bank's U.S. branch had the highest CET1 capital ratio among the leading U.S. banks, ranked by total assets. The largest bank in the United States, JPMorgan Chase, ranked fifth, with a CET1 capital ratio of 12.49 percent.
