Brands believed to be doing an excellent job providing personalization 2021-2022
According to a survey, 46 percent of B2C business leaders believed they excelled in delivering personalization in 2022, marking an improvement from the previous year. However, the proportion of consumers who shared this belief was notably lower, with only 15 percent agreeing with this statement in 2022, in contrast to the seven percent who did so in 2021.
