Retail real estate repeat sales index in the U.S. 2000-2024, by region
The CoStar Commercial Repeat-Sales Index (CCRSI) for retail real estate in the United States was the highest in the Northeast region. Nevertheless, at 348 index points as of March 2024, that was the second-highest value on record.
