A survey investigated shopping intentions for Black Friday in Italy. In 2021, Millennials were the most eager to shop online, with 40 percent of them stating they were very likely to purchase on the internet. In turn, only 28 percent of Gen X online shoppers were very likely to shop online during Black Friday or around it.
