Warehouse land acquisition costs in Central and Eastern Europe in H1 2018

This statistic illustrates the warehouse land acquisition costs in Central and Eastern Europe in the first half of 2018. According to a report conducted by BNP Paribas, as of the first half of 2018, land acquisitions costs for warehouses in Hungary were between 75 and 150 euros per square meter, this was the highest cost among the countries observed. It was followed by Czechia, where costs were between 60 and 100 euros per square meter.
