This statistic presents the share of people who said they followed a special diet that limited or restricted specified foods or ingredients in Mexico as of March 2016, by diet type. On a survey, it was found that 59 percent of respondents from Mexico claimed to follow a low fat diet, while 19 percent said they were vegetarians.
