This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy in November 2017 during which individuals were asked to indicate the banking channels they were using in order to access and manage financial services and products. As of the survey period, 56 percent of Italians used online banking to communicate with their bank. 33 percent of the respondents stated that they used mobile apps to gain access to banking services and products.

46% of them were living in the North of Italy, 19% in the Centre and 35% in the South.
