Petroleum products traffic at Indian ports FY 2010-2022
In the financial year 2022, the petroleum products traffic handled at Indian ports amounted to over 366 million metric tons. This was a decline from the highest petroleum products volume handled by the ports in the last ten years under consideration. About 70 percent of the country's trade by value and 95 percent by volume was done through maritime transport.
