Leading consumer trends for CPG/FMCG marketers worldwide 2023
During a November 2023 survey conducted among marketing professionals in the consumer packaged goods (CPG)/fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry from across the globe, 57 percent of respondents said that the consumer trend that they were watching out for was e-commerce everywhere. Another important trend was generative artificial intelligence (AI), which was mentioned by 55 percent of the respondents.
