Germany: top e-commerce delivery criteria 2023

When asked about the most important criteria for their e-commerce deliveries, some 67 percent of German shoppers cited free shipping, and another 63 percent picked shipment tracking. Free returns ranked third, at 61 percent. In contrast, environmentally-friendly packaging and carbon-neutral shipping were only cited by 34 percent and 23 percent of respondents, respectively.
