Consumers using a brand or store's official app South Korea 2023, by age group
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in November 2023, about 60.77 percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 answered that they used a brand or store's official app. This was prevalent in all age groups in the survey.
