In 2023, the top risk that could be addressed with financial instruments worldwide was debt. Second on the list was inflation, with 70 percent of respondents who were the most concerned with this risk. Almost 40 percent of respondents claimed that disruptions to critical infrastructure could be addressed with financial instruments.
