Between 2014 and 2021, the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margins of the contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) sector in Colombia grew somewhat. EBITDA margins were at 12 percent in 2014 and grew to 16 percent in 2021. EBITDA margins during this time period peaked in 2019 with 20.2 percent.
