In 2022, global business-to-consumer (B2C) professionals from the health and beauty industry gave insight into the amount of revenue obtained from digital channels. In 2020, e-commerce contributed to almost 30 percent of their revenue. According to the survey, professionals expected a significant increase in the share of revenue from online channels, estimating it to reach more than 55 percent by 2024.
