Priorities for B2B marketers for improving CX in the U.S. 2023
According to a survey as of April 2023, 43 percent of American B2B marketers prioritized expanding retention strategies to current customers in order to improve their companies' customer's experience. For comparison, the same value stood at 40 percent the year before, in 2022. Another 39 percent of American B2B marketers pointed towards both investing in new creative content and aligning teams and tactics to create a seamless brand experience as priorities that would help improve the overall CX.
