Online shopping in Sweden 2022, by category and gender
According to a survey carried out in 2022, Swedish women are the biggest consumers of online fashion. Nearly half of the surveyed female shoppers bought clothes, shoes, or accessories via the internet. Comparatively, for Swedish men, this share stood at 28 percent. The survey showed that 42 percent of online book shoppers were male, which was their favorite category. As a comparison, 30 percent of women bought this category online.
