As of June 2022, a survey conducted on the tourism industry post-COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand revealed that almost 50 percent of the Thai respondents stated that they believed the economy would improve after the restrictions against COVID-19 were lifted. Meanwhile, around 39.1 percent also stated that tourists would visit the country more.
