Romania: ATM withdrawal fee by bank 2020

While most banks in Romania had a 0 commission fee when withdrawing from their automated teller machines, nearly all of them had a commission percentage when withdrawing money from ATMs other than the bank's. In 2020, ING Bank had one of the best ATM fees in Romania, with 0 percent withdrawal commission regardless of the ATM's bank, if certain conditions were fulfilled.
