According to a survey conducted in 2020, around 64.6 percent of the responded industrial factories in Thailand still used the Industry 1.0 technology for the purpose of customer relationship management. In comparison, about 0.2 percent of the surveyed factories used the advanced Industry 4.0 technology for the same purpose.
