Japan: common complaints about online banking websites 2020

In a survey conducted in Japan in May 2020, 57 percent of the respondents stated that they were dissatisfied with the navigation of online banking websites. Close to 50 percent of the respondents expressed discontent with the setup and login procedures of banking websites.
