India: share of online travel agencies used by gender

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online travel agencies (OTA) conducted in June 2023, 66 percent of Indian respondents had used the travel platform Make My Trip at least once. This share was divided into 67 percent of female respondents and 65 percent of male respondents. Most agencies active in India had a balanced gender ratio. The agencies Goibibo and Booking.com are more popular with female customers.
