Mexico: open rate and click-through rate of advertising e-mails 2020, by category
As of November 2020, among advertising e-mails in selected categories in Mexico, retail was the one with the highest open rate and click-through rate (CTR), with an average of 21.7 percent and 3.1 percent, respectively. While media ranked second in terms of open rate, education held this position in terms of CTR.
