Online activity banks and insurances after Covid-19 outbreak in France in March 2020
The results for the week up until the 15th of March showed a downfall of approximately five percent, in terms of online traffic. The average duration of a session declined by around two percent and the page visits per sessions rose by around six percent.
The following week, there was a positive development for all criteria: the traffic went from -4.77 percent to -1.23 percent and the average session duration went from a negative to a positive figure. The page visit per session was at around 16 percent up until the 22nd of March.
During the week between the 23rd and 29th of March, the overall traffic went from a negative value the previous week (-1.23 percent) to a positive 26 percent. The average duration session also drastically improved, whereas the page visit per session gained more than three percent compared to the previous week.
