In 2019, 21 percent of respondents to a survey in England reported to have waited too long to receive their mental health diagnosis from the NHS, and 31 percent believed they were very delayed in receiving their treatment. On the other hand, 50 percent of respondents mention they did not experience any delay in getting their diagnosis, while approximately 40 percent of respondents believe they received their mental health treatment on time.
