Estimated change in food and beverage spending in China 2018, by product category
About half of Chinese consumers interviewed in a survey stated that in 2018 they spent more on fresh milk than they did in 2017. Another 45 percent also spent more in local fast food restaurants, while 38.5 percent of respondents spent more in yogurt and UHT milk.
