Consumer complaints about online holiday shopping Europe 2018
According to the results of a survey conducted in 2018, when it comes to holiday shopping online, the main complaint for European consumers in the United Kingdom (UK), France, and Germany was lengthy shipping times and slow order fulfilment, with more than half of the respondents in the survey pointing this out. While other factors, such as slow websites and cumbersome checkout processes were a problem for UK consumers, for German and French shoppers they were less of an issue, with 25 and 17 of them respectively stating this as a pain point.
