Regular food consumption among Russian youth in 2019, by category
As of July 2019, three quarters of Russians aged between 18 and 24 years eat vegetables and meat within a week. The share of respondents consuming fish and seafood on a regular basis was measured at 40 percent and 25 percent, respectively.
