According to GP Bullhound, Alibaba was the biggest e-commerce company throughout the Asia Pacific region in terms of market capacity, with a market capacity of just under 578.8 billion U.S. dollars as of June 2020. Comparatively, Rakuten had a market capacity of approximately 11.94 billion U.S. dollars in the Asia Pacific region as of June 2020.
