Main strategic drivers for M&A deals worldwide in 2022
According to a survey conducted among business executives worldwide in 2021, the main strategic driver behind mergers and acquisitions (M&A) were increasing operational capabilities, indicated by 26 percent of survey respondents. A further 19 percent of respondents said streghtening ESG perfromances was also among the most important drivers for M&As.
